We are excited to confirm that PJ Ellis will take on the role of host for the Birmingham Awards 2024, set for 9th November at the Eastside Rooms. PJ, a beloved local figure and Brummie of the Year in 2018, is deeply connected to Birmingham through his work with the BBC and his dedication to the community.

As the co-founder of LoveBrum, a charity that has been the Birmingham Awards’ charity partner since its inception in 2015, PJ has helped fund over 300 local projects addressing vital issues such as homelessness, education, and social justice. His commitment to making a positive impact extends through his mentorship of entrepreneurs and his work on several high-profile advisory boards, as well as his role as a guest lecturer at leading universities.

B Events, the organisers behind the Birmingham Awards, have been delivering impactful and immersive experiences since 2015. Known for their attention to detail, they ensure every element of the event—from production and screen content to entertainment and cuisine—is of the highest standard. Guests can expect nothing less than the best in the business.

With PJ Ellis at the helm, this year’s awards promise to be a night filled with inspiration, celebration, and unforgettable moments.
