John is an Edu-preneur having scaled Spearhead eLearning to one of the UK’s most successful start up enterprises which is currently going through an acquisition. John recently founded education app Toppa, backed by some of Birmingham’s most talented entrepreneurs that are aiming to change the way the world learns business skills. John has won multiple awards and he shares his businesses with Poundland Founder Steve Smith and Leisure Tycoon David Lloyd. He aims to help qualify and get 2022 individuals into employment before the 2022 Commonwealth Games.”


Denise Morris

Denise Morris is the founder of TAG Network Midlands.

PJ Ellis

An ex solicitor and Sales Director at Birmingham based search marketing agency, Ricemedia; PJ founded LoveBrum in 2014.  It shines a light on the hidden gem projects of Birmingham, showcasing the same to its members who then vote on which cause receives dedicated funding to deliver tangible outcomes to our already beautiful city.  It has funded over 16 projects so far - from local school projects engaging in intergenerational activities with residents of local care homes, to Birmingham soup kitchens, and volunteer-led counselling for families who have experienced stillbirths and neonatal deaths.  It is also a movement for a better Birmingham, celebrating the city - the businesses and people within it - bringing those together and restoring some real civic pride.

PJ has helped raise over £500,000 for local charities and projects in the last 3 years.  He is married to Kelly with two children Blake and Minnie.  He suffers Championship football every weekend as a hardened Birmingham City Fan.


Jas Sani

Jas Sansi is a freelance photographer based in Birmingham. The talented, and dedicated photographer has strong relationships with some of the biggest media organisations within Birmingham, and a wide portfolio featuring a range of clients.

The business graduate specialises in corporate photography, capturing the images of people, product and places. He is well known for his coverage of award ceremonies, conferences and events.

Jas is also a trustee of Love Brum, a charity which funds some amazing community projects that generally go under the radar.

Tim Andrew

Managing Director of Hollywood Monster, Tim has built a highly successful large format print and signage business.

Tim started the business with his father, originally from their family home’s loft space in Hollywood, Birmingham. Since then, Hollywood Monster has become one of the largest in its sector, supplying clients nationwide with a range of graphics and digitally printed products, and employing around 70 staff locally in Birmingham.

Tim and the business have a reputation for supporting local charities and community projects. In between Tim’s love for boating, Birmingham City FC, and the odd party, Tim has ran several marathons, over 100 half marathons, and cycles many countries in Europe. Along with organizing a host of charity events, all of which has help him raise in excess of £750,000 for local causes. This has also seen him pick up a number of accolades and be recognised as a leading corporate fundraiser.

Tim is Chairman and Trustee of LoveBrum, a local charity that unearths hidden gem projects, funds and supports them.

Tim loves that Birmingham is a friendly, multi-cultured city that is great to do business in. It’s a large village, with a city approach, and world-beating ambition.


Garry Poulton

Garry Poulton is a proud Brummie that is a current project and Programme Manager for Whitbread Plc.

Gary spent seven years as a programme manager, developing new store sites for a leading supermarket chain, but he is best known for his appearance on BBC’s show The Apprentice (2015).

His biggest business accomplishment came in 2010-11, when he delivered the largest property development programme in the history of the supermarket for which he worked.
